Integrated utilities and reversible connections are designed to reduce dependence on site infrastructure—and make the pod easier to service and relocate.
01Power & comfort
A solar-ready roof, LFP battery and hybrid grid connection work alongside cooling and dehumidification suited to a tropical climate.
02Water & reuse
Rainwater collection, storage, filtration and UV treatment are planned alongside separate wastewater streams, greywater reuse and planted treatment beds.
03Build, service, relocate
A modular steel frame, bolted joints and serviceable systems support factory production, flat-pack delivery and local assembly. The complete pod and utility interfaces will be validated through a prototype.
Final performance depends on site-specific engineering, testing and local approvals.

F2R’s planned fellowship draws on the Danish højskole tradition: shared experiences, life skills and a sense of belonging for foster youth and young people at risk of homelessness.
The aim is a self-sustaining program that grows alongside the business, with an initial program budget of USD 1 million.
Allocation and timing are planned and conditional. Delivery partnerships and outcome measures remain in development.
